01. Operator and service

YORR is operated by T A K A _. These terms cover the YORR bot, server management features, and the dashboard when used. Contact the operator through Discord @shyn13_ or fuu.gamersindo@gmail.com.

YORR offers multi-server AI chat, server settings, welcome messages with names and avatars, automatic roles, YouTube/TikTok monitoring, and moderation based on reference images. PUBG and UC96 tournament features follow their configuration and access restrictions. Disabled or unavailable features are not promises of service.

Discord use remains subject to Discord Terms and Community Guidelines. YORR does not claim official affiliation with Discord or its providers.

02. Accounts, permissions, and settings

Use an account you are authorized to use and comply with Discord age requirements and applicable law. Only authorized people may install the bot or configure a server. Administrators select appropriate channels, roles, permissions, and features and inform members about message/attachment processing.

The dashboard uses Discord OAuth2. Server-side checks verify management permissions and bot membership. Owner and internal UC96 features are restricted to authorized accounts and servers. Do not share account access, bypass permissions, or access another server’s data.

03. Acceptable use

Do not use YORR for scams, spam, harassment, malware, unauthorized data collection, infringement, or credential theft. Do not disrupt the service or evade rate limits and access restrictions.

Submit only content you have authority to process. Do not send passwords, tokens, API keys, or unnecessary sensitive information to AI. You are responsible for reviewing content and results before using them.

04. AI, content, and privacy

AI answers and images may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Verify results before important decisions. Accuracy is not guaranteed for AI responses, search results, or image matching.

You retain your content rights subject to law and others’ rights. Using a feature permits the technical processing needed to provide it, including relevant context sent to OpenAI and search queries sent to Tavily. Using YORR does not grant a general license to train models on all server messages.

AI context and memory are scoped by server and user; direct messages have a separate scope. Data, retention, providers, and deletion reports are explained in the Privacy Policy. Internal separation does not replace external provider policies.

05. Moderation and message deletion

Anti-scam checks messages and attachments according to configuration and bot permissions. Manual scanning reads accessible channel history. #scanspam, or /scanspam with action mulai, scans the server and directly deletes messages containing images that match references. The dashboard review scan does not delete until selected findings are confirmed.

Reference matching does not prove a message is a scam or guarantee detection of every photo of a person. False matches are possible. YORR cannot restore deleted messages. Administrators must understand this behavior before enabling automatic deletion or starting a scan.

06. Premium and payments

Premium payments are not active. “Coming soon” is not a transaction or a promised launch date. Clicking a Premium availability button does not collect payment or activate a plan. If payments launch, prices, duration, feature scope, providers, cancellation, and refunds will be explained before purchase. Future payment terms do not automatically apply to current free use.

07. Availability and termination

Maintenance, network issues, API limits, platform changes, and provider outages may interrupt the service. Uninterrupted availability and every feature on every server are not guaranteed.

The operator may restrict access to address abuse or security issues. Users can stop using YORR; administrators can remove the bot. Removing it does not automatically erase all stored data. Deletion requests are reported to the operator.

These terms do not limit rights that applicable law requires to be protected. Contact the operator with questions or complaints.

08. Version and changes

Version 1.0 takes effect on 9 October 2026. Material changes to terms or processing will be described here with an updated version/date before implementation. Review current documents when using new features.
